BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL , MONTANA. Section 1* That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Kalispell to create a special improvement lighting district hereby, designated as Special Improvement LightinLe Diatz"'Ict No. 17' for the purpose of lighting Sixth Avenue West of the City of Kalispell as follows,, to— vit. From, a point opposite lot line between lots three and four, block fourteen, and lotB nine and ten block thirteen, to Railroad Street$ Section 2* That the boundriee of aucii proposed Special Improvement Lightin6 District are as follows: Beginniat the center of block fourteen, thence northerly paralleling the east line of Sixth Avenue to a point in the center of the alley on the north line of block one hundred fifty nine, thence weoterly to a point in the center of the alley on'the north line of block one hundred fifty eight, thence southerly paralleling the -weet line of Six-th Avenue West to the center of block thirteen, the easterly to the Lace of beginningo Section 30 That the 6eneral character of the improvements to be made in said proposed special improvement lighting district is as follows, to -wit; the procuring and erecting of poles, wires, lamps and other suitable and necessary appliancee for the purpose of lighting those parts of the avenues, streets and. public hi6hways of the City of Kalispell hereinbefore described,, Section 4. That the approximate of the cost of t�je improve.. meats to be made 18 the sun of 4,15.951 and an approximate of the cost of maintainin6 the li6hts in the Propooed district and supply-ft ing electrical current therefor for the first year is the sum of $475*2o, and three fourths of the cost shall be assessed against the property arnbraced within the district abutting such Sixth Avenue West,, Section 5. That on the 6th day of January 1919, at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Kalisp6ll at se'ven thirty O'clock P, M,q a re6ualr meeting, the City Council will hear and 'ppss upon all pro te,r�ts that may be made against the section 6.
