Resolution 675 - Resolution of Intent - Special Lighting District 18R3 FoSOLUTION NIMMER 675 RESOLUTION OF INTETTION TO CREATE SPECIA-L IIIPROV14WFYT LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 18 Be it Resolve d. by the City Courcil cf the City- of Kalispell, Viortara Section 1 That it is the irtentior. of the Cl-ty Courcil of the City of Kalispell to create a special imprcvemert Lighting District hereby designated as Special Imp.rovement Lighting District No. 18 for the purpose of lighting Seventh Avenue West cf the City cf Kalispell as follows, to wit; Fram a point opposite lot line between Lots Three and Four it Block Thirteen and Lots Three and Four in Block Fifteer-,,tc Railroad Street, Section 2 That the boundaries of such proposed Special Imp rovement Lighting District are as follows; Beginning at the center cf Block Thirteen; thence rortherly paralleling the east lire of Seventh Avenue to the scuth line of Railroad Street* thence westerly along the south line of Railroad Street to the center of the alley of Block One Hundred Fifty-seven; thence southerly paralleling the west line of Seventh Avenue West to the center cf Block Fifteen., thence easterly to the place of begin-ingo Section 3 That the general character of the improver-ents to be made ir. said -proposed special improvement Lighting District is as followat to wit; the procuring and erecting of posts, wires, lamps and other suitable and recce nary appliances, for the purpose of lighting those parts of' the Avenues, streets and public high- ways pf the it of Kalispell hereinbefore descrIlbed. Sectior. 4 OThat the approximate estimate of the cast of the improvernents to be made is the s= of $15*95 and anapproximate estimate of the cost of maintaining the lights for the proposed district and supplying electrical current therefor for the first year is the sum of $475.20 and three fourths of the cost shall be assessed against the property embraced within the district abutting such Seventh Avenue West. Section 5 That or. the 6th« day of January 1919 at the Council Chambers, in the City Hall of the City, of Kalispell, at seven thirty o'clock p.m., a regular meeting, the City Co-L-A,ncil will bear and pass upon all protests that may be made against tje making of such improvements or the creatior of such district.
