CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA* section 1 That it is the intention of the city council of the city of Kalispell to create a special improvement lighting dis4 triet hereby designated as Special Improvement Lighting District eNoo 12, for the purpose of%jightlng First Avenue West of the City of Kal- ispell as follows, to-wit-'O' From a point one hundred ei4hty three feet South of the center of First Ayenue Went, and its interseotion with the center of' Twelfth Street, to Railroad Streets Section 2* That the boundries of such proposed Special Light- ing Distriet are as follows: Beginning at the Centex of Block Two Hun dred Sixteen, thence northerly paralleling the east line of First Avenue West is the south line of Railroad Street; thence westerly a along the south line of Railroad Street to a point in the center of the alley in Block Th.i.rty Four; thence southerly paralleling the west line of First Avenue West to a point in Block "ho Hundred Seventeen One hundred Eighty Three feet south of the center line of Twelfth Street, thence easterly to the place of beginning. Section 3. That the general character of the improvements to be made in said proposed special improvement lighting district is as follovs, to -wit: the procurin6 and ereoting of posts, wires, lamps and other suitable and necessary appliances, for the Purpos-e of light- ing those parts of the avenues, streets and public hi4;hwaya of the City of Kalispell hereinbefor e described.
