This waiver of preliminary plat approval is valid for three years and will expire on August 22, 2008. This condition has been met. The final plat has been submitted prior to expiration of the waiver. COMPLIANCE WITH THE SUBWISION REGULATIONS: This subdivision prat has been found to be in compliance with the State and City Subdivision Regulations. COMPLIANCE WITH THE 'ZONING REGULATIONS This subdivision has been found to be in compliance with the Kalispell Zoning Ordinance and the R- , Two Family Residential, zoning designation assigned to the property.
