Se4 0 cticr- 1 That it 1 the intention of the City Council
of the City of Kalispell to create a special improvement Lighting
District hereby designated as Special. Improvement Lighting Die-
trict Not 13 for the purpose of lighting Second Avenue West of
the City of Kalispell, as follows, to wit; Fro w a poilrrt on the
south boundary of the City to Railroad Street.
Section 2 That the bourdaries of such proposed Special
Improvement Lighting District are as follows; Beginning at a
point ir. the center of the alley in Block Two Hundlrdd Seventeen.,
One hun4red eighty-three feet south of the center of Twelfth
Streat� therce northerly paralleling the east line of S.,,c.cr-d
Avenue West to the South line of Railroad 15'3treet; thence west-
erly ajonthe south line of r%ilvoad Street to the certer of the
alley it Block Thirty-three; thence southerly paralleling the
weet life of Second Avenue West to the south boundary line of
the City to the center of Second Avenue West* thence easterly
to the place of beginning.
Section 3 That the general character of the improvement,91
to be made in said proposed special imptovement Lighting District
is as follows, to wit-, the procuring and erecting of' posts, wires,
lamps and other suitable and necessary appliances fcr the purpose
of lighting those parts of the avenues, streets and public high-
ways of the City of Y,,_alispell hereir-before described.
Sectior- 4 That the approximate cost of the improvements
to be made is the sum of $16.85 and ar approximate estimate of the
cost of mairtairing the lights in the proposed district and supply-
ing electrical current therefor for the- first year is the sum of
0561.60- and three fourths of the cost Bhall be aszessed against
the property embraced within the district abuttJr-g such Second
Avenue West,
Section 5 That on the 6th, day of January 1919 at the
Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Kalispell, at
sever thitry o'clock, p.m., a regttlar meeting, the City Ccuncil
will hear and pass upor. all protests that may be, made agair st the
making ef such improvements or the creation of such diptrict4,
