Dear Steve:
e
I have met with Glen Neier regarding tzhe Daley Field Redevelopment Site. The
site is located to the west of Highway 93 South and is more particularly described as
Lots 1, 2, and 3 of the Plat of Daley Field Subdivision. It is located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 20, T28N R21W, P.M.,M., City of Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana. It
is my understanding that the City of Kalispell. has, a fee simple interest in Lots 1 and 3
and RSI, LLC has a fee simple interest in. Lot 2
PrCsentl :,. a.use district bo
_.. ,.. .... unda divides the"lots into two parts. The majority
of the and 'is zoned B-2. However. an eighty (80) :foot strip, on the western edge of
the lots is part' of a P-1 zone associated- with the airport; `' It, ispresently'antcipatetl`
that a Rosauers grocery store will be corstructed on Lot2°`:The current zoning
boundaries make construction problematic,n9t, hlyfor Rosauers, but also for the
eventual business use of Lots 1 and 3. The City* thus proposes that the
aforementioned B-2 -zone extend to encompass the entirety of Lots 1, 2, and 3 of the
Plat of Daley Field Subdivision.
