OF COUNSCL
Consistent with our meetings and telephone conversations yesterday, enclosed you will find
revised drafts of a Restrictive Covenant and Reciprocal Easement ad Maintenance
Agreement.
:Tease review each of the enclosed drafts. Glen, you will probably want Clarence and Larry
to do so as well. Thereafter, please call or perhaps we could discuss these materials by
conference call in an attempt to finalize them as quickly as possible.
Glen, please note that Jerry and Dik have not previously seen the enclosed drafts, as a
consequence of which suggestions for change might come from any direction.
The height issue which we identified yesterday appears to be a serious issue. Nonetheless,
proceeding on the assumption that we are likely to solve that issue, t believe that we should
proceed to finalize the language of the Restrictive Covenant and Reciprocal Easement and
Maintenance Agreement,
