Request for Proposal/Lot 3, Daley FieldLEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE SALE/LEASE AND RECDEVELOPMENT OF CITY PROPERTY REDEVELOPMENT SITE AVAILABLE. The City of Kalispell is currently accepting proposals for the purchase or lease and redevelopment of Lot 3, Daley Field Subdivision. This 7.414 Acre Site is zoned B-2, General Business, and is located at Kalispell's South entrance with Highway 93 frontage. This site is located directly South of the new Rosauers Supermarket. The City of Kalispell shall consider all responsive redevelopment proposals and base its final determination of the fair value of the subject property not only on purchase/lease price offered, but also on the proposed highest and best use meeting redevelopment plan objectives and providing the best measurable return to the tax and employment base, in accordance with Montana Urban Renewal Law, Section 7-15-4262 MCA. Requests for Proposals are available from the Community Development Office, City of Kalispell, P. O. Box 1997 (248 Third Avenue East), Kalispell, MT 59903.
