The CITY OF KALISPELL, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration ($1.00 & OVC), the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby conveys, remises, releases and
forever grants, unto RICHARD A. DASEN, KALISPELL, hereinafter
GRANTEE, the following described premises in Flathead County,
Montana, to -wit:

Together with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and also all the estate, right, title interest, property,

equity, of the said GRANTORS, in or to the said premises and every
part and parcel thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises, with
