Dasen 1701 Highway #93 South Kalispell, MT 59901 Re: Southfield Park Development Agreement Dear Mr. Dasen: Section 5.5 of the Development Agreement between Richard A. Dasen and the City of Kalispell for the development of the Haven Field property contemplates ad valorem tax revenue generated by the "Project" at $124,000.00 per year after January 1, 1999. The Development Agreement further provides that in the event the Project does not generate $124,000 per year the Developer will pay to the City the difference between the tax generated and the contemplated amount. The City Finance Department, pursuant to said Section, has determined that the Southfield Park properties collectively generated $25,745.41. (Copy of Finance Memo attached). Therefore, the balance due to the City under the Development Agreement totals $98,254.59 for the 1999 calendar year. At your earliest convenience, please remit to the City of Kalispell the sum of $98, 254 . 59, pursuant to Section 5.5 of said Development Agreement. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
