PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: Prestige Assisted Living on Glenwood — Memory Care Addition — Wargo
sent them Public Works review comments on Tuesday, and Parker sent them Plans Review comments
on Wednesday. No responses have been received.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS — Fred's Appliance/Gardner PUD — A 20,000 sq. ft. building will
go in north of Mergenthaler's on Highway 93 South on Gardner's property.
The Dollar Store - at the Gateway West parking lot - One half of the building will be retail liquor
(not State run) with a casino in the back with about 20 machines. No site changes. Public Works
reviewed the sidewalk situation and is recommending that a sidewalk be installed by July 31, 2014.
Old Sizzler Building — Tiebucker's in Somers is moving into the old Sizzler building, a 3,600 sq. ft.
structure. It will be called the Tree Frog Tavern. They will have a small area for a casino. Public

OTHER REPORTS: Jentz announced that Kevin LeClair has been hired as their new planner, and
he will begin his employment on July l"
Glacier Eye Clinic Subdivision — Freyholtz asked if the DNRC has put any plans together for the
rest of the property next to the clinic. The Preliminary Plat and the Final Plat have not yet been
submitted by Glacier Eye Clinic. Jentz stated he will follow-up on this.
