REPORTS/RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUBSEQUENT COUNCIL ACTION
Ordinance 1 — Zone Change.. lie pest — Hilton Garden Inn — 2nd l eadi
Robert voell er has requested a zone change from P-1, P bl. , to -2, General
Business, and a Planned Unit Development overlay on a three and a half acre lot
located on the .Armory property. ordinance 1574 passed on first reading May 1 with
several amendments.
2. Mprove Increased Engineering Ceiling old School Station SID 344
SID 344 infrastructure has changed from a single phase, 70 construction days project
to a three phase, 1.0 construction days project. The requested increase o $12 �7 7 is
necessary to fund the extra 80 days of construction engineering support for the
project.
3. ordinance 1.575 — Administrative Rules Amendments —1st Reading
e to recent changes made by the Montana Department of Labor and Industry,
:Kalispell is required to make minor amendments to the City" building, plumbing,
mechanical, and energy codes.
. Resolution 5 -I 1 — Plannina Department Fee Structure
Resolution 511.5 addresses an increase in planning Fees.
. Board Appointments — Board of Adjustment
Three letters of interest were received for three openings on the Board of Adjustment.
Clint Cathcart and John Michael Knopik are requesting appointment along with John
Parsons, who is requesting reappointment.
6. Board Appointment - Business Improvement District
Bill Goodman submitted the only letter of interest for two openings on the Business
Improvement District Board.
7. Board Mpo.intment — Conrad Mansion Board of Directors
Txa Bobbin is requesting reappointment to another term on the Conrad Mansion
Museum :Board of Directors. No other letters of interest were received.
. Board Appointment — Parking.Commission
John H nc ey is requesting reappointment to another term on the Parking
Commission. No other letters of interest were received,
. Board Appointments — Planning Board
There are three openings on the Planning Board. Jobe Hinchey and Bryan Schutt are
requesting reappointment. t. Clint Cathcart, Robyn Balcom, and John Michael K op .k
are also interested in serving.

Joan Jellison is requesting reappointment to the Police Commission. No other letters

Gib Bissell, Robert Gerynann, and Bob White are requesting appointment to the
Community Recreation Center Board.

Jana Ostrom is requesting appointment to an open seat on the Street 'Free
Commission.

a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated
in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping; to the podium or
microphone, giving that person#s name and address in an audible tone of voice for the
record, and unless further time is grainted by the Council, shall limit the address to the
Council to three minutes.
b. All remarks shalt be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the
Council or Staff.
C. No person, other than. the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted
to enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council,
without the permission of the Presiding; officer.
