This is a request for preliminary plat approval of a .five -lot minor subdivision o.n an

.is is a request for final plat approval of a presidential subdivision that creates two

3. Final Plat — Fire Station 62
This 1s a request for final plat approval of Kalispell Fire Station No. 62, a single -lot
subdivision on approximately 2 acres located on the west side of US Highway 93,
directly west of Coste.

Michael Blend has offered to purchase a parcel of property in Block -1 of Ryl er
Addition originally intended to be used for an alleyway. Resolution 5102 is a
Resolution of Intent to sell the property and sets a public hearing for April 3.
. Award Contract — Kalispell Facility Flan Update Zoo
The current budget includes funds for a -update of the Kalispell Facility Plan,
originally completed in 2002. Council is being asked to award the Facility flan
Update 2006 to the team of 'HDR/Morrison. Ma erle in the amount of $2 0, 03.50.
