A At the request of residents in the area of Suet Court & Shy
Lane a traffic study was conducted to detenmine the need for a traffic control device a
that irk. Public Works has eyed that there 's sufficient cause to support
the installation of a stop sign on Sunset Court at Sherry Lane because of the changed
characteristics of Sunk Cow and to enhance traffic safety.

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT of A STOP SIGN ON SUNSET
COURT AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH SHERRY LANE AND DECL RING A.N
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That vehicles, including motor vehicles, bicycles, or other vehicles shall be
required to stop on Sunset Court at its intersection with Sherry Lane.
SECTION II.. The Chief of Pollee is authorizedand directed to erect a stop sign at the
above location.
SECTION Ill.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage by the
City Council and approval by the Mayor.
