WHRRMS, upon the petition of th-e Kqlispell Athletic
Association and W. Me -Knight & Co., the Council of the
City of Kqlispell did,'on the eighteenth day of Mar ch, 1.912)
adopt Renolution 'a. 460 vacating that portion of Montp.nva
Street in the City of Kalispell between Second Avenue East
Korth Rnd. Third Avenue Fast North and 9.11 of the alley in
blocks eighteen and twenty-three of the Original 111ownsite
of Kalispell from, 9, point eighteen feet south of the north
line of lots six and seven in said block eighteen south to
the Greet Yorthern Ri&t-of-ivay, which - resolution provided
that in the event of the property adjoining the street,and
alley so vacated. ceasing to be used for an Rthletic par'k
that the street and alley should revert back to the City
of Kalispell for street 9nd la2ley purposes, and;
WHYREAS the said property hn.s ceased to be used for
an g?..thletic Park arid the said Petitioners have caused the
said street and alley to bo, opened and have preeented to
the Council their petition dedicating the he-reinbefore de,' -
scribed street Rnd R1.1ey to the public for street and
�1-]Iey- purposes end requesting the Council to declare said
street and alley to have reverted to the said City of
Kalispell for street and alley purposes, NOW THEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVPM that the portion of 1LOnt-c-ma, Street
