northeast corner of Highway 93 North and West Reserve Drive. ordinance 1.576
passed unanimously on first reading June 19.

E. REPORTS/RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUBSEQUENT COUNCIL ACTION
1. Ordinance 157 — Prohibiting Truck Traffic on I orthem Lights Boulevard — 2nd
Readin
The Police Department has encountered a number of significant issues involving
track traffic on Northers Lights Boulevard. ordinance 1577 passed on first reading
June 19 with one amendment also prohibiting; through bus traffic.
2. Resol tlo 5124 — Annexation — Riebe and Webster
Allen and Virginia Riebe, William and Cindy R ebe, and Polly Webster are
requesting annexation of approximately 1.3 acres located at 386 and 394 "three Mile
Drive.

The Riebe's and Webster are requesting a zoning designation of City -2, Single
Family Residential on the above mentioned property.
4. Resolution 5125 rel m ar flat Diamond did e Estates Riebe and Webster
The Riebe's and Webster are also requesting preliminary plat approval of Diamond
Ridge Estates, a residential subdivision creating 23 single family residential lots on
the above mentioned property,
. Resolution 512 — Preliminary Plat Amendment — Empire.. Estates phase 5
Due to a change in access to Empire Estates Phase 5 and a redesign of the
subdivision. roads,, Wayne Turner is requesting the addition of seven lots to the 64
preliminary approved lots.
. Resolution 512 — Resolution of Intent....and Call for Public Hearing— Growth
Amendment — Highway..93 North
This is a resolution of intent to amend the growth policy by expandin.g the boundaries
of the policy northward using the Stillwater River as the western boundary, Church
and Birch .gives as the northern boundary, LaSalle to Rose Crossing over to the
Flathead River as the eastern boundary, and Reserve Drive as the southern boundary.

a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council,, at the time designated
in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or
microphone, giving that persons name and address in an audible tome of voice for the
record, and unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the
Council to three minutes.
All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a. body and not to any member of the
Council or Staff.
C. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted
to enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council,
without the permission of the Presiding officer,
