Several amendments to the recently adopted lighting standards were suggested by
staff as a result of working with the regulations over the past couple of months.
Ordinance 1563 passed on first reading January 17.

half acres located at 405 west Evergreen Drive just east of whitefish Stage Road.

Jody Middleton. and Lori Fisher are requesting a conditional use permit to allow the
construction of a three -omit townhouse in addition to a single family residence that
currently exists on the property located at 1310 6th Avenue Vest.
10. Final Plat — La Mew Subdivision.
This is a request for final plat approval of La Meter Subdivision that plats three single
family residential lots on approximately two-thirds of an acre located at the north side
of East Center Street between. Fourth Avenue Bast and woodland Drive.

This is a request for final plat approval of Apple ay Business Park that plats six
commercial lots on approximately one and a half acres located on the south side of
Appleway Drive immediately west of the South Meridian intersection.
2. Final Plat — Northland Subdivision Phase 2
This is a request for final plat approval of Northland Subdivision. Phase 2, a 33-lot
residential subdivision and homeowners' park on approximately two acres located to
the west of Northridge Subdivision and north of Meadowland Subdivision.

This is a request for final plat approval of Granary Ridge Subdivision, a - un t
townhouse subdivision on approximately two and a half acres located on the east side
of Whitefish Stage between. Brayer Way and the Edgerton School access.

in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or

record, and unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the
Council to tree minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the
Council or Staff.
C. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted
to enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council,
without the permission of the Presiding officer.
