A RESOLUTION LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE COST OF STORM SEWER
MAINTENANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2006-2007.
WHEREAS, the assessment cost ofthe Storm Sewer Maintenance District for the fiscal year 2006-
2007 is estimated t $513,885.00, and
W111EREAS, at a public hearing held on the 17th day of July, 2006, the City Council did consider
all obj ections made to said estimate and to the basis of levy and assessment for
payment for said cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THE CITY OF

SECTION 11. The amount of said tag. shall be levied proportionately on an area
basis in an amount per square foot of it or parcel of land within the district except
public streets or rights of way.

Maximum charges for Category I and Category 2 are per Ordinance 1476. In Category 1,
vacant land over two acres has a maximum charge of $201.86. In Category 2, residential land over 1
acre has a maximum mum charge of $97.57.
