Ordinance 15 8 1 amends the City' s current j unk vehicle ordinance, the weed/grass
ordinance, and the community decay ordinance. Ordinance 5 1_ passed on first
reading July 17.
�. E er reen Sewer Rates for Fiscal Year Zoo -2007
Evergreen SewerDistrict's FY 2007 rate is based on the City',s operational expenses
for FY 2006 prorated at the percent of usage based on meter readings at the lift
station and the wastewater treatment plant.

Ordinance 1579 creates a fifth rate category in the street assessment rate schedule to
cover tax exempt properties. ordinance 1.579 was tabled at the, July 17 meeting.

Council will consider an amendment to the growth policy by expanding the
boundaries of the policy northward using the Stillwater River as the western
boundary, Church and Birch Grove Drives es as the northern boundary, LaSalle to Rose
Crossing over to the Flathead River as the eastern boundary, and Reserve Drive as
the southern boundary.
. Resolution 5130 — Preliminary Plat — Cedar Commons
e r r ss Holdings, L P is requesting preliminary plat approval to reconfigure seven
existing lots to create six sublots and one common acre lot within a platted
subdivision located on the east side of Third Avenue East, approximately 350 feet
south of the intersection of Third Avenue East and 1 tb Street East.

Phase 3
This is a request from the Hilzac Corporation to resubdivide five existing lots within
Stratford Village Phase 3 in order to create 10 sblots.

This is a request for final plat approval of ,Aspen. Creek Subdivision Phase 1
consisting of 32 single family residential lots, 1.8 townhouse lots, and two
commercial lots on approximately 1.9 acres located on the south side of Three Mile
Drive near its intersection with Stillwater Road.
7. Final Plat — Terrace View Estates
This is a request for final plat approval of Terrace View Estates, a three lot residential
subdivision on approximately eight acres located o.n the north side of East California
Street between 5th .Avenue EX and 6th Avenue E.N.

in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or
microphone, giving that er on's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the
record, and unless further time is granted by the Council, shalt limit the address to the
Council to three minutes.
