Through the Community Transportation Enhancement 'r .rarr CTEP), the
Department of Transportation has agreed to share the cost for a Meridian Trail Pocket
Park with the City of Kalispell. Funding for the project is included in the 2 05-2006
fiscal budget.

PUBLIC HEARING - ALLEY ABANDONMENT AND SALE
Council will accept public comments concerning the abandonment and sale of City property
currently dedicated as an alleyway.

1. Resolution 510 — Abandonment and Sale of Alley Ri t- =W
Michael Blend has offered to purchase a parcel of property in Block I of Ryker
Addition originally intended to be used for an alley. All owners abutting the property
have sIgned petitions to abandon the alleyway.

Council has indicated it wishes to revisit the recently adopted outdoor lighting
standards.
. Resolution 5107 — Rescind Resolution 5095 — Annexation — I MK Development
Donald and Mary Kruse are requesting Council de -annex approximately three acres
located at 1.1.25 S nnyside Drive, just west of Ashley Drive. The Council passed
Resolution 5095 on March 6, 200.
. Resolution 51.08 — Rescind Desolation 5004 — Final Plat — North Pointe Professional
ub ivi ion
Council approved the final plat for North Pointe Subdivision on April 18, 2005, It
has since been determined that the s bd v .sion regulations do not allow the creation
of a remainder parcel within a platted subdivision and planning board review i
required.
. Resolution 5109 — Preliminary Plat — .fie -Subdivision of Lot 7A of Lot 7 of Western
Acres
This is a request by Paul and Mary Hosted for preliminary plat approval of a two -lot
subdivision on..28 acres located at 151.5 Western Drive.
6. Resolution 5110 - Final Flat — Torgerson Addition No. 370
This is a request for final plat approval of a residential subdivision that contains two
lots located at 1.505 western Drive.

This is a request from Red Lion Hotels and G-VD Commercial Properties to amend
the definition of wall signs that are placed on larger buildings.
8. ordinance .15 — Airport Affected Area —1st Readin
Ordinance 1573 adopts a set of regulations to protect the air space within 10,000 feet
around the city airport by regulating the height of structures and natural objects.

Resolution 5111 calls for the sale o f bonds to pay for SID 3 44 capital irr ro eme is
on the old School Station site.

Resolution 5112 — Parks and Recreation Fees
Resolution 1 .2 sets the 2006-2007 parks..d recreation fees for programs such. as
aquatics, special events,, etc.

Section 2-20 Manner of Addressing Council
a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated
in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or
microphone, giving that erson's name and address in an audible tone of voice for the
record, and unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address to the
Council to three minutes.
. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the
Council or Staff.
C. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted
to enter into any discussion either di.r ectly or through a member of the Council,
without the permission of the 'residing officer.
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through. the Presiding officer.
