Violence A ainst Women and Domestic Violence Intervention grants These are pass through federal grants for a domestic violence education and accountability officer and ankle bracelets to track misdemeanor offenders. 3. Ordinance 1595 --initial Zonin — James & Peggy.Mathiason -- 2nd Readin James and Peggy Mathiason requested a zoning designation of R-3, Urban Single Family Residential, on approximately two acres located on the east side of Valley View Drive. Ordinance 1595 passed unanimously on first reading February 5. 4. ordinance 1599 — Planned Unit Development Overl.qy..—.Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Minor Subdivision Plat Number 117 — 2nd Readin The property proposed for the PUD overlay consists of approximately four acres along Denver Avenue. REPORTS/RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUBSEQUENT COUNCIL ACTION 1. ordinance 1600 — Stormwater Re lations —1st Readin This resolution adopts stormwater regulations that comply with Federal and State stormwater permitting requirements. 2. Final Plat — Glacier Villae Greens Phase 18 This is a request for final plat approval of Glacier Village Greens Phase 18 that plats 12 sublots on approximately two acres located at the northern end of East Nicklaus Avenue.
