I of GREEN ACRES LOCATED IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 21 WEST, .M,M , FLATHEAD COUNTY, MONT IA (PREVIOUSLY ZONED COUNTY R- , SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL) TO CITY W (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTS), IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE KALISPELL GROWTH POLICY 2020, AND TO PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Luther L. French, the owner of the property described above, petitioned the City of Kalispell ell that the zoning classification attached to the above described tract of land be zoned -2, Single -:family Residential, on approximately one acre of land, and WHEREAS, the property is located on the south side of Woodland Avenue between South Woodland .give and Willow Glen, and WHEREAS, French " s petition was the subject of a report compiled by the Kalispell Planning Department:, Staff Deport #IAA-0 -19, dated December 23, 2005, i.n wur is the Kalispell Planning Department evaluated the petition and recommended that the property as described above be zoned - , Slagle -Family Residential, as requested by the petition, and WHEREAS, after considering all the evidence submitted on the proposal to zone the property as described R- 2, Single -Family Residential, the City Council finds such initial zoning to be consistent with the Kalispell Growth .policy Zoo and adopts, based upon the criterion set forth i Section 76-3- 0 , Q.C.A., and State, Etc. v. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of KALISPELL AS SECTION 1. Section 27.02.010, of the official ,honing Map of the Kalispell Zoning Ordinance, (ordinance No. 1. o) Is hereby amended by designating the property described above as I - , Single -Family ResIdent.ial, on approximately one acre of land. SECTION II. The balance of Section 7.0 .010,, Official Zoning Map, City of Kalispell Zoning Ordinance not amended hereby shall rcmain in full farce and effect. SECTION II .
