MEE'T'ING DATE: October 20, 2008
BACKGROUND: The current budget includes $165,000 for a Tv Camera van (Mobile Pipeline
Inspection System..). The Mobile Pipeline Inspection System is an underground pipeline inspection
workstation mounted on a truck. chassis. A camera is mechanically routed through the pipe from the
workstation to inspect the pipe and record the condition of the pipe into a database. Our current system
is 17 years old and equipped with 1980 technology that is no longer serviced.
Bids for the Mobile Pipeline Inspection System were opened on October 9, 2008. Three bids were
received as follows:

Administrator and found to be in order. Sewer and Storm. Maintenance funds available for this system.
