Bear Mr. Patrick,
I respectfully request that Officer Jay Bullins be confirmed as a patrol officer for
the Kalispell Police Department. officer Bullins has successfully completed his one
year probationary period effective January 8, 2008.
Officer Bullins and his family carve to us from Glendale Arizona. He and his wife
chose to move to the Flathead Valley to raise their children in a safe, small town
environment where they could enjoy the multitude of outdoor experiences the area
has to offer.,
In Glendale Arizona [officer Bullins served as a police officer and an acting
Sergeant for nearly six years. Prior to being a police officer in Arizona he spent
four years serving our country- in the Air :force and was honorably discharged in
2000. Since his discharge officer Bullins has been working towards an associates
degree in Criminal Justice,
Officer Bullins has brought his experience and extensive firearms expertise to the
Kalispell Police Department and has proven to be a very productive and
trustworthy member of the Kalispell Police Department.,
