G. PUBLIC HEARING — GLACIER TOWN CENTER.
The City Council will accept comments concerning the Glacier Town Center project
proposed for approximately 485 acres north of West Reserve Drive between Highway 93
Forth and Whitefish Stage Road.
H. REPORTS/RECOMMENDATION5 AND SUBSEQUENT COUNCIL ACTION
I . Presentation — Annexation and Initial Zoning — Lonnie and Kim Buchholtz
Planning staff will present, and Council will discuss, a request by Lonnie and Kim
Buchholz to annex approximately one half of an acre on the west side of 7th Avenue
West.
2. Resolution 5253 — Annexation — Lonnie and Kim Buchholtz
The property proposed for annexation is located between 11 th Street West and
Sunnyside Drive.
3. Ordinance 1626 — Initial Zonin -- Lonnie and Kim Buchholtz —1st Readgig
The Buchholtz's are requesting an initial zoning designation of R-4, Two -Family
Residential on the property listed above.
4. Presentation — Annexation, Initial Zoning. and Prelirninary Plat --- Bav Ridge
Development
Planning staff will present, and Council will discuss, a request by Bay Ridge
Development, LLC for annexation, zoning, and preliminary plat approval of
approximately 19 acres of land located on the north side of Three Mile Drive.
5. Resolution 5254 -- Annexation —.,Bqy,, Ridize Development
The property proposed for annexation is located at the terminus of Meadows Lane
and is south of Quarter Horse Estates.
6. ordinance 1527 -- Initial Zoning_— Bay Ridge Development --1st Reading
Bay Ridge Development is requesting an initial zoning of R-3, Urban Single Family
Residential on the property listed above.
7. Resolution 5255 -- Preliminary Plat --- Bav Ridge, Estates
Bay Ridge Development is also requesting preliminary plat approval of Bay Ridge
Estates, a 40-lot subdivision with lots that range in size from 7,000 to 30,000 square
feet.
S. Ordinance 1625 -- Zone Chance -- Jeff and Karen Thiesen —1st Reading
Jeff and Karen Thiesen are requesting a zone change from R-4, Two -Family
Residential, to B-1, Neighborhood Buffer District, on two properties totaling 1.19
acres located along the western side of North Meridian Road near the intersection of
Three Mile Drive.
9. Change. Order. —.Up -per Zone Water Supply and Storage Project
Staff is requesting approval of a change order for the Upper Zone Water Supply and
Storage Project in the amount of $152,320.00 for additional costs to install pipeline.

Section 2-20 Manner of Addressing Council
a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated in the agenda
or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or microphone, giving that person's name
and address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and unless further time is granted by the
Council, shall limit the address to the Council to three minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of the Council or
Staff.
C. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted to enter into
any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council, without the permission of the
Presiding officer.
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding officer.
