Met wIth personnelfrom HDR Engineers to discuss potenti.al technical support in negotiations with MDEQ regardina development of the Flathead TMDL. Continued tee .cal coordination of expansionof wastewater -plant and reviewed six additional chapters of the Basis of Design Manual., • Initiated review of draft technical report for Kalispell impact fees. • Continued design for upper zone water well and water tank prof eet. FI alI ed recommendations for tank size, tank. location., and well location, • Continued coordination of Old School Station infrastructure design. project. Completed video screening of Meridian Road sever main and assembled last of point repairs to be completed in advance of construction on Merldian Road. o Completed list of upsizing water main costs for seven subdivision developments. 0 Attended conference with engineers and developer of a subdivision in the Smith Lake area. Attended MDT semmar on noise miti.gation for the U.S. HIg vay 93 Bypass. TRAFFIC SIGNS & SIGNALS DIVISON Continued. regular maintenance of signals, sIgn.s, himinal es, am'cades, ,fight obstructions, Airport lighting, alley lighting. & Replaced numerous signs and poles that were down as a result of snow storm, • Signed and baiTicaded for the Christmas Parade. Assisted contractor with lights on West Center Street. Changed the #13 6 metal .alold alley light. Reset tripped breaker for lights on 2" Avenue west. 0 Continue to replace City signs damaged due to accidents. • organizing our TSS shop. Changed out " edestrian Ahead" signs on. West Center and 3'" Avenue EN at 2"] Street East and replaced two arrow signs on West Center Street. Traffic accident damaged pole on the N E corner of Center and '1' Avenue West.
