ROSAUERS supermarket site Owner's Representative: Jason Rosauer (206)669-0971 or (425)392-2602 & Robin Rosauer (425)392-2602 Mailing Address: Ms.Jessie Rosauer-204 W.Sumner Ave., Spokane,WA. 99204 c.c. Mr Jason Rosauer-300 N.E. Gilman Blvd., Issaquah, WA. 98027 Question: How will the construction affect the ROSAUERS supermarket operation? What provisions have been made with the contractor to allow, access to the retail operation by its patrons? Will semi trucks have access 24 hrs.' per day? Will the ROSAUERS -supermarket customer or delivery driver be delayed upon entering or exitingthe site? Will the parking lot need cleaning as a result of construction? Will SIX SHOOTER INVESTMENT COMPANY P.o BOX 1068 (SSAHHAH, WASHINGI N 98H21-toss. (200 392-o2a5 I - Z' }i electrical power be hindered? Will traffic be able to cross the center line of the road to turn into the site? Question: How will it affect the real estate? What will it cost to hook up to the new water and sewer lines? What will monthly cost of water and sewer be after the pipes are hooked to the store? Why is it necessary to reconfigure the entry and exit points on thiic site-9 How did the etEgineer conclude that one narrow and central ingress/egress point in sufficient to accommodate approximately 2,300 cars per day and up to 15 commercial deliveries per day? We are very concerned about the viability and value of this site in its present retail capacity as well as the ability to attract future retail tenants if such reconfiguration were to occur. How does the fire department view this change in access? Will it hinder their ability to respond to emergency situations properly? How much land is being condemned? How will this affect our parking ratios in relation to this site? What method is the appraiser using to'value 'the condemned land? How soon will we be able to view his conclusions? How many other sites are being condemned and appraised on this stretch of road? As you can imagine, I have many more questions and concerns in relation to this project.' I'm confident there are a number of land owners with similar questions and understand that many of these questions are not yet able to be addressed. However, I would greatly appreciate any information or answers you could ;provide. Sincerely, Jason Rosauer Executive Vice President Six Shooter Investment Co.
