Mike,
I am notifying you at this time to advise you that the performance bond agreement
expires on May 27, 2005. It was requested that Walgreen's plant the required 4 (four
treDs) on the boulevard. The location of the boulevards are; 0 Ave WN (two trees) and
Montana St (two trees). If the work is not completed by May 27, 2005 or the City has
not received a notice the City Parks and Recreation Department will deposit the check of
$21) 500 to pay for the work.
