Decisions made regarding impact fees will have a paramount effect on Kalispell development in the future. I believe a program can be implemented which will protect our city but we need to be mindful that we don't squash the opportunity for development during this time of economic crises. I have been involved personally in a majority of the commercial construction in our city over the past three decades and have a strong sense the thoughts and mindset of people anticipating building a project. I have a working relationship with: Chad Wolford Mark Goldberg Phil Harris I think it is critical that we have real input from major area developers as these aril the people vie will as": to ay them on y of L~e fees. I will bring a balance as a business owner, contractor and major city employer to the board. This will we beneficial as we have seen this process moving along in jerks so far. We need a committee member who is "out there in the field" working with both sides of the issue to bring facts and reality to the table to create cohesiveness and direction, ,Ijiank youforyour time.
