Tb.e purpose of the "correction" is to adequately show several storm water drainage easements on the face of the final plat. The subdivision is located at the northern terminus of Corporate Drive northwest of the National Flood Service building. The city council granted final plat approval to Westwood Park on May 21, 2007. The subdivision contains 29 residential lots on approximately nine acres. The purpose of the "correction" is to provide specific dimensions for several easements that traverse the plat. The original subdivision when submitted for final plat approval showed the easements on the face of the recorded plat, but the easements lacked specific dimensions. These dimensions have now been added to the face of the plat. Section 2.10 (A) of the Kalispell Subdivision Regulations requires that a "corrected plat" be presented to and approved by the city council. Box 1134, Kalispell, MT 59903-1134 -RESOLUTION No. 5337 PARK SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST, P.M.M., FLATHEAD COUNTY, MONTANA, WHEREAS, Final Plat for Westwood Para Subdivision and its subdivision improvements agreement was approved by the Kalispell City Council on May 21, 2007, and WHEREAS, the requirements of the subdivision improvement agreement include compliance with certain minimum standards which demand that utility easements with specific dimensions be placed upon the face of the plat, and WHEREAS, the previous final plat did not contain the specific dimensions of the easements but that a corrected version is now completed with such specific dimensions and therefore should be accepted and recorded into the records of Flathead County, Montana. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The Corrected Final Plat of Westwood Park Subdivision, Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana is hereby approved and shall be recorded with Flathead County Clerk and Recorder.
