Tab 29. November 17, 2008 City Council MeetingCITY COUNCIL MEETING 11/17/08 Sean Conrad: ...as a PUD placeholder. Just for the listening audience, the council approved an amendment to the PUD standards in August of this year which allows developers to come in to put a PUD placeholder on their property. They don't have to give any detailed information, but what it does is binds the property owner with the City so that future development will have to come in as a Planned Unit Development. That means all plans, all the specifications the council is used to with a PUD would come before you for any development on this property occurs. Councilman Atkinson: I can just make a comment. When we annexed the Old School Station, which was way out there, and the sewer came through, we anticipated that we would see this kind of action. Siderius' property coming into the City. Gardner's property coming into the City, and the City being —those county areas being annexed between the two city areas. So it's working out as if it was planned, and I would remind the Council that that's a directivea long-term directive we've taken.
