HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: Family Martial Arts — 3 8 h Ave W; change of use from electronics repair to
martial arts studio. We still have not heard back from them. The contractor agreed to our required
changes in front, but she had not spoken with the owners or the lessees at that time.
A2Z — They left half the space on the inside unfinished, and they now have a tenant (title company)
lined up to go in there (560 sq. ft.) and will finish off the inside. We will put a condition on the permit
that refers back to the bond that they just posted and to the conditions from the original permit.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None.
OTHER REPORTS: Both conference rooms will be occupied next Thursday at 10 a.m., so our
next meeting will be either at a different time or day, or maybe in a different location. Sorensen will
notify everyone by e-mail on Tuesday when it is set.
Hagestad Painting — Fincher has received their revised Landscape Plan. It has changed drastically
from the original design because they put in river rock from the front door to the road and deviated
from what they originally proposed. Fincher is working with them to get rid of most of the river
rock. They do need rock on the west side of the building to drip down onto, so they will move some
of the rock over there along with bark and plants. This may need to be resubmitted to Architectural
Review.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
