Subject: Authority to bid/purchase budgeted items
Public Works requests from the City Council authority to bid and purchase budgeted items
as follows:
1. Solid Waste Division: Utility tractor for use in alley maintenance and clean up. Line
940 of the budget provides $46,000.00 for this purchase.
2. Storm Sewer & Sewer Operating Divisions: Back hoe to replace a 1974 Case 680. Line
940 of each budget provides $37,500.00 ($75,000.00 total) for this purchase.
Please include these items on the next City Council agenda.
