Resolution 4429 - Adopting Municipal Record Retention ScheduleRESOLUTION NO. 4429 A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT, BY REFERENCE, THE MUNICIPAL RECORDS SCHEDULES, AS PROMULGATED BY THE MONTANA LOCAL GOVERNMENT RECORDS COMMITTEE, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2-6-403, MCA. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Municipal Records Schedules, promulgated by the Montana Local Government Records Committee, Local Government Services Bureau, Montana Department of Commerce is hereby adopted, by reference, as the document governing the management, retention, and disposition of records of the City of Kalispell. SECTION II. The City Clerk of Council, all Department Heads, and other employees of the City of Kalispell having possession of any documents subject to said Schedule are directed to manage, retain, and dispose of records only in conformance with said Schedule.
