II. Purchase of the TPT property located in the 400 block of First Avenue East. Property includes two buildings containing four business offices, including the Kalispell Parking Commission. Purchase of the Northwestern Telephone/James, Burks, Gwiazdon properties located at the southwest corner of Center Street and Second Street East. Legal description: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and the north 23 feet of Lot 5 of Block 37, Kalispell Original Townsite. IV. Establish "First Right Of Refusal" for real estate which becoms available within the jurisdiction of the Kalispell Parking Commission. V.
