I have included a resume with my qualifications. I am the Regional Manager for the Property Assessment Division of the State of Montana Department of Revenue. Our offices are located in Kalispell, and are responsible for the implementation of property taxation for Flathead and Lake County. In my line of work, I am required to present testimony to appeal boards, and am therefore versed in county and state board's operations and protocol. I am required to value all property within Flathead and Lake Counties, and am therefore knowledgeable of the uses and intended uses of property.
