Re: Line Item Budget Amendments
City/County Health Department
Dear Clarence:
Enclosed please find copies of two (2) budget amendments for
the City/County Health Department which the Flathead County Board
of Commissioners has approved, contingent upon approval by the City
of Kalispell.
One is to transfer $14,400.00 from contracted services into
rent in order to have sufficient funds available to pay the last
three months of rent for the Health Department Offices.
The second one is to reduce the amount of the Immunization
Program budget from $19,242.00 to $16,318.00 due to less grant
funds being available than originally anticipated.
Would appreciate if you would advise me as soon as these are
approved by the City so I may notify accounting to either make the
changes or not.
