OLD BUSINESS: Coffee Shop — 305 2nd Ave W; convert dry cleaning business to restaurant. No
plans received yet. They want a second letter with code references that refer to the sidewalk and the
roof drains. Sorensen is preparing that for them.
Willow Creek PUD Amendment — re: Bike path condition. Jentz has discussed this further with
Public Works and everyone deems this to be a minor amendment, subject to acceptable gravel being
put down.
NEW BUSINESS: Glacier Eye Clinic — Reserve Loop; new medical office. They are working on
plats separately. They can put one building in without going through subdivision. This building will
be approximately 17,000 sq. ft. and about 40' tall. They will be putting in a space for future building
expansion off to the side and potential future parking areas. They are at about 120-130 parking
spaces, which is well over what would be required. Fire is okay with the turnaround area. The
Traffic Impact Study and the engineering for the storm drain have been turned over to Public Works.
This will be going to Architectural Review next week. This will be on the agenda for next week.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: VW Dealership — Highway 93 and Lower Valley Road. This is
going to the Planning Board on March 12d'.
Brannigan's — Their text amendment went through in the CUP. They are working on designing a
sprinkler system for the Fire Department. They still have to go through a second reading on the text
amendment. This is four to six weeks out.
OTHER REPORTS: Fincher asked about bonding for the landscaping at the new Nursing Center
Building at FVCC. Either Swank or the college will need to post a bond for this, and to make sure all
other departments have approved everything.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
