Employee longevity is a major source to accomplish many long term goals and keep continuity with in the city's structure. The City of Columbia Falls has adopted a employee recognition program for city employees as follows: Employees completing five years with the city will receive a five year logo pin plus $50. . . Employees completing ten years with the city will receive a ten year log pin plus $100. Employees completing fifteen years with the city will receive a fifteen year logo pin plus $-1.50. Employees completing twenty years with the city wx-1 receive a twenty year logo pin plus $200. Employees completing over twenty-five years, will receive a logo pin for every five years of additional service plus $250. After the twenty-five years each employee wall receive another $50 for each additional five years of service. Employees who retire after ten years of service will also receive a city logo pin.
