OLD BUSINESS
1. Ordinance 1340 - 2nd Reading - An ordinance revising
Chapter 4, the Animals and Fowl Section of the Kalispell
City Code.
2. Ordinance 1341 - 2nd Reading - An ordinance revising
Chapter 6, the Election Section of the Kalispell City
Code.
NEW BUSINESS
3. Ordinance 1342 - 1st Reading - An ordinance amending the
Kalispell Zoning Ordinance to address the change in the
protest provision of a zone change request.
4. Conditional Use Permit - Medical Arts Pharmacy has
requested a conditional use permit for the operation of
a drive -through espresso shop and deli.
5. Final Plat Approval - Buffalo Commons, Phase III, Block
II, Lot 1.
6. United Way UDAG Loan Request - United Way is requesting
a mortgage loan and renovation grant for their new
office.
7. Resolution 4522 - A resolution releasing the deed
restrictions on property owned by Flathead Industries.
8. Discussion and Possible Motion - Temporary delay of
Meridian Road right-of-way acquisition.
9. Request from Fred Wallner for abatement of Special Street
Maintenance and Storm Sewer assessments.
10. Police Commission Appointment - Seven persons have
submitted applications for appointment to the Police
Commission.

Section 2-20 Manner of Addressing Council
a. Each person not a Council member shall address the
Council, at the time designated in the agenda or as
directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or
microphone, giving that persons name and address in an
audible tone of voice for the record, and unless further
time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address
to the Council to three minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body
and not to any member of the Cou-ncil or Staff.
C. No person, other than the Council and the person having
the floor, shall be permitted to enter into any
discussion either directly or through a member of the
Council, without the permission of the Presiding Officer.
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through
the Presiding Officer.
