1. DOMESITE PUD
a. Public Hearing on Domesite Planned Unit Development
Council will receive comments regarding a proposed Planned Unit Development
amendment to the Kalispell Zoning Ordinance consisting of creating a Commercial
B-2 with a PUD overlay on property owned by Pack and Company and the Montana
Department of Transportation.
b. Resolution 4476 - Annexing Domesite
C. Ordinance 1312 - Adopting Domesite Planned Unit Development - 1st
Reading

E. REPORTS/ RECOMMENDATIONS AND SUBSEQUENT COUNCIL ACTION
Request from 2 Rivers RV Resort for permission to hook to the Evergreen Sewer
System
Council will consider a request from Bill Lincoln for permission to connect his proposed 2
River RV Resort to the Evergreen Sewer System and have the sewer capacity used by the
development charged to the City's sewer capacity.
2. Authorization to Deed Storage Property to School District
Council will consider deeding a storage building to School District No. 5 on a lot owned by
the City near the City Shop Complex.
3. Resolution 4478 - Preliminary Plat - Westgate Subdivision
Council will consider Preliminary Plat approval by Ronnie Pack for a four -lot commercial
subdivision known as Westgate Subdivision and located on the west side of Corporate Way
just north of Highway 2 West.
4. Final Plat Approval - Parkview Terrace Addition #1, Lot 58
Council will consider Final Plat approval for the amended plat of Lot 58, Parkview Terrace
Addition No. 1 by Marquardt Surveying for a two -lot residential subdivision located on the
east side of Harrison Blvd and north of Indian Trail. Proper Action by the Council
consists of a motion to adopt Findings of Fact contained in Staff Report KWP-99-1 and
approval of Final Plat.
5. Final Plat Approval - Sunnyside Townhouses
Council will consider Final Plat approval by Bob Cook for a four -lot residential subdivision
known as Sunnyside Townhouses located on the south side of Sunnyside Drive between
Fifth and Sixth Avenues West. Proper Action by the Council consists of a motion to
adopt Findings of Fact contained in Staff Report KWP-99-2 and approval of Final Plat.
6. Resolution 4479 - ICMA Deferred Compensation Program
Council will consider this resolution which authorizes the City Manager's participation in
the ICMA Retirement Corporation Governmental Money Purchase and Trust under a 401K
program.
7. Resolution 4470 - Amending Airport Fees
Council will consider adjusting the current airport fees as recommended by the Airport
Advisory Board.
8. Ordinance 1309 - Waterford Planned Unit Development - 2nd Reading
Council will consider second reading of this ordinance which will adopt the Planned Unit
Development agreement with Waterford.
9. Ordinance 1310 - Amending Administrative Code - 2nd Reading
Council will consider second reading of this ordinance which requires the City Manager to
notify the Mayor and City Council of the expiration of the terms of Citizen Boards and
Commission Members sixty days prior to the expiration date.
10. Ordinance 1311 - Amending False Alarm Fees - 2nd Reading
Council will consider a new escalating false alarm fee schedule on second reading.
11. Authorization to Refund Special Maintenance Assessment - Robert & Carlene Peters
Council will consider a request from Robert and Carlene Peters for relief from City
assessments for street maintenance and storm sewer on approximately four acres used
primarily for pasture.
12. Appointments to Committee - City Attorney's Annual Evaluation

Section 2-20 Manner of Addressing Council
a. Each person not a Council member shall address the Council, at the time designated
in the agenda or as directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or
microphone, giving that person's name and address in an audible tone of voice for
the record, and unless further time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address
to the Council to three minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body and not to any member of
the Council or Staff.
C. No person, other than the Council and the person having the floor, shall be permitted
to enter into any discussion either directly or through a member of the Council,
without the permission of the Presiding Officer.
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through the Presiding Officer.
