Dear Mayor Boharski:
I encourage you to reappoint Mr. Jerry Lyford to the Kalispell Board of Adjustment
( BOA ). Mr. Lyford brings with him a lengthy history of service to and residence in our
community.
As a contractor and as a board member Mr. Lyford is aware of the desires of the
developer / contractor / owner as well as the intent, purpose and place of zoning laws.
Mr. Lyford brings his own perspective to matters presented to the Board. He is not a
"rubber stamp" sort of member and is a valued member of the board. His reappointment
will provide continuity, consistency and the type of service to which the public is entitled.
I ask you to appoint Jerry to another term.
