Mr. Kukulski,
Department
I respectfully request that Officer Timothy Falkner be confirmed as a patrolman for the
Kalispell Police Department. Officer Falkner has successfully completed his one-year probationary
period as of January 12, 2000.
I am extremely proud of Officer Falkner's professionalism, caring demeanor and work ethic.
He always has a positive attitude and he is continually looking to improve himself and those around
him. Tim is an exceptional team player with great interpersonal skills who is genuinely concerned for
the citizens of our community.
Tim has shown considerable initiative for an officer with his level of experience. He has

Re:
Officer Tim Falkner
Department
I would recommend confirmation for Officer Falkner, without reservation.
Tun was assigned to my shift when he completed Basic Academy and the departmental field
training program. He has shown himself to be an efficient, dependable officer, and one I
trust to do any job assigned. His skills and knowledge of the job and his jurisdiction are
excellent and improve steadily with experience. Officer Falkner is well liked by the other
officers and the public that he serves. As important, Officer Falkner is a quiet, conservative
man who would make a good neighbor.
Officer Falkner is welcome on my shift as long as he wishes to work there.
Sgt. Dan Bourne
