1. Ordinance 1343 - 2nd Reading - An ordinance zoning Ashley
Park Phase III, a 33-lot residential subdivision located
on the west side of Airport Road and south of Ashley
Creek, R-4, Two Family Residential.

2. Ordinance 1344 - 2nd Reading - An ordinance zoning
Buffalo Stage Phase IV, a 16-lot residential subdivision
located west of Whitefish Stage Road and north of
Edgerton School, RA-1, Low Density Residential Apartment.
3. Ordinance 1345 - 2nd Reading - An ordinance zoning
Subdivision 182, located on the east side of 5th Avenue
East, north of 18th Street East, RA-1, Low Density
Residential Apartment.
4. Ordinance 1346 - 2nd Reading - An ordinance for a zone
change request from Telemon, Inc. on approximately 2.0
acres west of North Meridian Road on the north side of
Three Mile Drive.
NEW BUSINESS
5. Officer Confirmation - Tim Falkner has successfully
completed his one-year probationary period as a Patrolman
for the Kalispell Police Department and Council
confirmation is required.
6. Resolution 4532 - A resolution approving a 1999 Local Law
Enforcement Block Grant to purchase essential public
safety equipment.
7. Board Appointment - Kalispell City -County Planning Board

8. Board Appointment - Flathead County Water and Sewer
District #1/Evergreen Board of Directors

Section 2-20 Manner of Addressing Council
a. Each person not a Council member shall address the
Council, at the time designated in the agenda or as
directed by the Council, by stepping to the podium or
microphone, giving that person's name and address in an
audible tone of voice for the record, and unless further
time is granted by the Council, shall limit the address
to the Council to three minutes.
b. All remarks shall be addressed to the Council as a body
and not to any member of the Council or Staff.
C. No person, other than the Council and the person having
the floor, shall be permitted to enter into any
discussion either directly or through a member of the
Council, without the permission of the Presiding Officer.
d. No question shall be asked of individuals except through
the Presiding Officer.
