Kukulski, City Manager Appointment to the Conrad Mansion Board of Directors MEETING DATE: February 22, 2000 BACKGROUND: The Conrad Mansion Museum Board oversees the maintenance, restoration and operation of the historic Conrad Mansion. The City recently requested applications in the Daily Inter Lake for one term which expired last month. The only letter received was from Everit Sliter, the current board member whose term is expired.. The Mayor will be recommending that Sliter be returned to his seat for another four-year term and will ask for Council's approval. RECOMMENDATION: The City Council reappoint Everit Sliter to the Conrad Mansion Board of Directors. FISCAL EFFECTS: None. ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by Council. Respectively submitted, Chris A. Board of Directors will expire unless I am re -appointed by the City of Kalispell. I am one of the original directors and have been treasurer since the corporation was formed in 1974. I believe that I can be of service to the board for another four-year term and would like to be re -appointed to that position for the term beginning January 1, 2000.
