Dear Mayor Boharski,
While reading a recent edition of the Daily Inter Lake, I noticed an article
announcing an opening for a board member on the Kalispell police commision. I
would like to submit this letter of interest to fill the slot being vacated by Joan
Jellison this month. My background and experience should prove valuable
supporting me as a member of this board.
I am currently employed as a Title I tutor in the Language Arts Department at
Flathead High School. Prior to that I worked in the capacity of a Senior Claim
Representative for State Farm Insurance for four years. In 1995 1 retired from
the Montana Highway Patrol after 21 years of service.
Please accept this letter as my request to be considered for this vacancy. I look
forward to hearing from you in this regard. You may contact me during business
hours at the Writing Center at Flathead High School, 751-3509, or after hours at
my home, 752-0901. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Glenn M. Stoner
