SUBJECT: Bids for the Second Alley East Sewer Improvement Project
MEETING DATE: July 10, 2000
BACKGROUND: Bids for the Second Alley East Sewer Improvement Project were opened on
June 20, 2000. A total of three bids were received and opened. Comparison and analysis of the
bids is underway and will be completed to support a recommendation for the July 17, 2000 City
Council Meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: Action on the bid for the Second Alley East Sewer Improvement
Project is recommended for the July 17, 2000 City Council Meeting,
FISCAL EFFECTS: Expenditure of budgeted funds based on the lowest responsible bid.
