1. ordinance 1357 - 2nd Reading - Ordinance Amending the
Kalis]�ell Subdivision Regulations
This ordinance clarifi4s the amount of time allowed for
review'ncr ffiaior and minor subdivisions in order to c

with State law. This "ordinance was passed on f irst
reading July loth.
Ordinance 1358 - 2nd Readinq--m����
A change in the salary ordinance is required followi
the recent ratification of the AFSCME Contract. Thi

NEW BUSINESS
3. Ordinance 1359- 1st Readincr - Uniform Fire Code
Council is being asked to adopt the Uniform Fire Code and
the Appendices, 1997, and the Uniform Fire Code
Standards, 1997 Edition, just as they were approved by
the State Fire Prevention and Investigation program.
4. Resolution 4568 - A resolution fixing the annual
appropriations for the City of Kalispell as set forth in
,the 2000-2001 budget.
5. Resolution 4569 - A resolution making the annual tax
levies for the City of Kalispell for the fiscal year
2000-2001.
6. Resolution 4570 - A resolution levying an assessment for
the cost of special maintenance for the purpose of
maintaining the streets and avenues of the City of
Kalispell for the fiscal year 2000-2001.
7. Resolution 4571 - A resolution levying an assessment f
the cost of lighting the streets and alleys in the City,
Special lighting District for the fiscal year 2000-20011
S. Resolution 4S72 - A resolution levying an assessment for
the cost of lighting the streets in the City's Downtown
Decorative Lighting District for the fiscal year 2000-
2001.
9. Resolution 4573 - A resolution levying assessments for
the cost of storm sewer maintenance for the fiscal year
2000-2001.
10. Resolution 4574 - A resolution to levy the cost of
removal of garbage or other offensive matter from
streets,,.,. alleys or . on any premises as a special tax
against property from which such matter was deposited.
11. Resoilution 4575 A resolution levying an assessmentfor
the cost of urban forestry maintenance for the fiscal
year 2000-2001.
12. Resolution 4576 - A resolution setting the annual
appropriations for the Kalispell Parking Commission as
set forth in the 2000-20001 budget.
13. Resolution 4577 - A resolution making the annual tax
levies for the City -County Health Department for the
fiscal year 2000-2001.
14. Evergreen Sewer Rate Approval
Sewer rate adjustments for flows contributed by
Evergreen Sewer District are adjusted yearly. I
