2. Postpone Action on Bid — Dum-P TruCKS
Only one responsive bid was received for up to two used tandem dump trucks to be

used by the street department. Staff is recommending council postpone action on the
responsive bid from L & M Truck Sales pending further review.
3. Purchase Approval — Shootina Ranae Simulator
Staff is requesting authorization to purchase a Use -of -Force training simulator from
Virtra Systems at a cost of $215,000 for the shooting range. The simulator would be
paid for with grant funds received in 2009.

Ordinance 1720 — Zoning Text Amendment — 1st Readipg
This amendment would allow governmental facilities such as schools jails,
fairgrounds, police and fire stations to be permitted uses in all zones. Currently
these types of uses require a conditional use permit even though state law
r'des for a zoning exemption.

open seats on the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment. Matt Regier is
requesting appointment to the Planning Board.

address in an audible tone of voice for the record, and unless further time is granted by the Council,
shall limit the address to the Council to three minutes.
