Surplus Building at Lion's Park

The City of Kalispell received one bid after a three week
advertizement for the purchase of the log building at Lion's
Park. The bid was in the amount of $500.00, plus the expense
of sight work to remove the foundation and reclaim the area
for turf.
RECOMMENDATION: At this time it is my recommendation to reject the bid for
FISCAL EFFECTS:
ALTERNATIVES:
Respectfully submitted,
$500.00, and either re-advertize or retain and relocate the
building for city use (possibly a concession stand at new
KYAC soccer fields).
Minimum ($65.00 to advertize)
Re-advertize or retain the building.
